Customer service is extremely important and can be offered in many ways:

Shipping and Packaging.

Customers who buy luxury expect:

  • Luxury delivery. Think luxury tissue paper/ribbons/hand written note.
  • A gift: Add something – candle/book?
  • Next day delivery
  • Free delivery?
  • Free returns?
  • Personal coupon for next order?


It is essential that the customers can contact us in a number of ways:

  • Mail
  • Telephone
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Chat?

For at least 5 days per week we need to be able to answer customers quickly.

After Sales

  • Keep in touch. Personal christmas card?
  • Separate mailing list for the best customers – offer them something special? Invitation to pre-sales / extra discount / free shipping / invitation to preview new collection etc ..
