- A gift: Add something – candle/book?
- Next day delivery
- Free delivery?
- Free returns?
- Personal coupon for next order?
It is essential that the customers can contact us in a number of ways:
For at least 5 days per week we need to be able to answer customers quickly.
- Keep in touch. Personal christmas card?
- Separate mailing list for the best customers – offer them something special? Invitation to pre-sales / extra discount / free shipping / invitation to preview new collection etc ..
